It has been announced that Donovan's concert at the 9th Arrecife de las Músicas Festival, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, scheduled for the opening day May 27, has been cancelled due to the ash cloud from the erupting Icelandic Grimsvotn volcano. Although the volcano has stopped erupting and most flights have resumed, it is believed that the ashes might return on Friday and disrupt more flights, so Donovan has decided not to travel.
The concert has been re-scheduled for June 9. Ticket holders can attend the new date or ask for a refund.
